Returns:


You have 7 days in which you can return the products you have purchased without any justification, as long as they are as you would like them to be. To do this you must inform us in advance, (the various consumer organizations recommend doing so by registered letter)

Please note that this right is not collected for products ordered specifically for the customer, unsealed software and "Out of List" products.

However, please remember that you will have to pay for the return postage, as well as any administrative or other costs incurred as a result of your return.


Complaints about the material received:


If you receive the package of material with signs of having been tampered with or beaten, indicate this on the delivery note of the carrier and check the goods in the presence of the carrier. Do not sign the delivery note without having indicated these incidents despite checking that your material does indeed appear to be in perfect condition.

If, after checking the dispatch of your material, you observe any differences between the material received and the delivery note, please let us know immediately, indicating the delivery note number and detailing the differences indicated. Please also indicate a contact telephone number so that we can deal with the matter more quickly if necessary.

Remember that we cannot accept complaints about shipments beyond 24 hours from receipt by you of the shipment.
