Ripen is a complete fertilizer for the end of the flowering cycle.
It has been specifically formulated to accelerate ripening and to improve the content of active ingredients.
It is composed of a mixture of mineral salts and buffers carefully dosed by our laboratories.
In this growth phase, precision is indeed of the utmost importance because the plant, at the end of its life, is very often weakened, and its assimilation capacity is much lower than the assimilation capacity of the growth phase.
Ripen acts at different levels: It gives the plant a strong signal to let it know that it is reaching the end of its life. It reacts with accelerated flowering and fruiting, in an effort to reproduce before it disappears.
It activates the plant's defences and therefore the active principles.
It provides the plant with all the mineral ions it needs for this last reproductive effort. In case of accumulation of nitrates and trace elements by the plant, it helps the metabolisation of these residues, favouring the taste of the harvest.
This fertiliser has several applications: In general, it promotes faster ripening. It also makes it possible to finish a harvest more quickly before it is damaged by cold or humidity.
In a greenhouse or indoors, it helps to harmonise the end of the cycle and the ripening of late-ripening plants.
In the event of serious pathogen or insect attacks, it speeds up the cycle and enables a harvest to be obtained before the plants are destroyed.
Finally, it helps to increase the content of active ingredients in medicinal, aromatic and culinary plants.
